The Rapping Sloth is a minor female character who appears in Rio 2. As her name implies, she is a Sloth who raps.
She was one of the animals who applied for the "Amazon Untamed" auditions held by Nico, Pedro, Rafael, and Carla. She seemed to be asleep, but on Carla's urging, she sang a song, then promptly fell asleep again.
She also sings the rapping part in "Batucada Familia," falling asleep when she is done.
She also appeared in an advert for the Cinemark film app. When Blu got a text, she told him, "Remember, no texting, no talking, no muttering to yourself, don't forget to launch your Cinemark app, and put your phone in Cinemode before the movie begins," and finished by glaring at him.
