The Kid Macaws are a group of young Spix's Macaws. They appear briefly in Rio 2, watching and giggling as Tiago plays a spider prank on Blu. After Blu wakes up in horror and annoyance, the kid macaws fly off. They say "That was fun!" "come on Tiago let's go!"

Trivia

• Four young macaws (apart from Bia and Tiago) appear in the scene where Tiago is playing his spider prank on Blu, one for each of Carlos Saldanha's children (who also voice them).
• In Rio 2: The Junior Novel, Tiago has a flying race with his mother after playing his spider prank instead of Tiago following the Kid Macaws.
• Carla is not in the scene, probably because she is doing auditions with Rafael, Nico, and Pedro
