Before Rio 2 Hits Theaters: Rio at New Year's Eve in Copacabana
Hi everyone, today I going to tell you some news about Rio 2:
As you know each New Year's Eve one event takes place at Copacabana Beach, they call it "Réveillon de Copacabana." Yes just as we have already seen in the trailer, so guess what...
This year's party theme will be... of course: Rio 2.
This event will include a show featuring Carlinhos Brown, will.i.am among others.
And by the time new year comes: A fireworks show synchronized with the soundtrack of the film!

What Happens to Nico's Bottle Cap in Rio 2?
In the 3rd trailer, we saw that Nico was looking for a new hat by trying whatever objects he can find in the Amazon from a leaf to even shells. What do you think happens with Nico's precious bottle cap? Did a harsh wind blew it off while he's flying in the air or was he forced to give it away as it represents human civilization and culture, something that Eduardo certainly doesn't want to see around his colony.
What do you guys think? I think he probably lost it on his way, but he might even get it back eventually. That bottle cap is a perfect fit for Nico.

10,900 views yesterday on Rio Wiki
Yesterday (December 12, 2013) was the most anticipating moment for all of us and you know why exactly - the release of the long-waited trailer. But that's not the only good news we should be grateful with. Rio Wiki has hit 10.9K (~10,900) daily views! This is the highest number since I've joined this wiki and possibly of all time. My friends, Rio Wiki has never been better than this since its founding days long ago.
We are the ones who have made all this possible and I'm very proud of us, of our beloved rio.wikia.com. Thank you eveyone. Let's keep up guys.

Hi everyone, we are 90 days away from Rio 2! I haven´t published since last week but I came back with something special, if you haven´t checked this up already then look and enjoy:

I found a page with a TV program that was broadcasted today, one of the hosts will appear in the movie as a newscaster. One image were she appears we can read "passaros raros na amazonia" or "rare birds in the amazon" as the headline (she´s speaking English while the headline is in Portuguese, funny), if you want to see it go now to this page:

How Much More Romance
I have to admit that Blu and Jewel are so far the most romantic couple in all the animated films I've ever watched, before it was Wall-E and Eve I believed. I was expecting that once they become a family, they will have less moment of passion and pay their attention to raising and takeing care of their kids. But the from what I can see in this photo, they are just as much romantic as they were in Rio and that romance still remains. Where are your kids, Blu and Jewel? How much more romantic could this couple get?!

New VisualEditor Is Here on Rio Wiki
Recently, the new VisualEditor, a part of Project Dwarvin, has been released and each community can have the new experience in editing. Now that you no longer have to edit using the classic Visual or Source Editor. The VisualEditor allows you to directly edit from the page itself, just like Microsoft Word. I've activated for our community already and happy editing everyone.
Note: The old Visual and Source Editor are still available and in order to use them, you can select the 'Classic Editor' from the drop menu once you click the Edit button before you make the edit. This VisualEditor is available only for the pages with (main) namespaces and still being developed.
