Bernardo de Paula (born March 23, 1976) is an American/Brazilian actor who did the voice for both Sylvio, the security guard, and Kipo, a shuffling, maraca-playing bird in Rio. He also acts in Rio 2 as the Carnival Barker and the Blue Sentry.
