The Amazon Quail is a minor character in Rio 2. He was re-released into the wild by Linda and Tulio.
Bio[]
He was re-released back into the wild after being sick, malnourished and having a broken leg. He was unnerved by Tulio's efforts to speak with him, calling both him and Linda "freaks". After reuniting with his fellows, he tried to warn the humans about a nearby waterfall, but they didn't understand him, and he soon gave up trying.
Trivia[]
- In Rio 2: The Junior Novel and the movie as well, he is called an amazonian wood quail. However he is actually a marbled wood quail.
